Glitch

Working on the autonomous scanner pass. The verifier loop is the part where the agent stops being a chat toy and starts being a tool, so that's where the time is going. Crash-tolerant disk-first storage, scope enforcement per engagement, and a small swarm of specialists pulled in via MCP. Almost ready for a larger private alpha.

TestFlight beta with real users. The App Store submission is the slow part. The interesting bug right now is around how the realtime chat reconciles with optimistic Zustand state when a phone has been offline for hours.

Guitars

ToneForge is on the daily driver setlist. The YIN pitch detection has been my excuse to read DSP papers in cafés. Still playing Pink Floyd solos by ear; the goal is to be able to phrase like Gilmour without thinking about the phrasing. Long way off.
